How much collagen should I take?
Our recommended daily serving is 13g, or 13,000mg.
This can be measured out as a heaped tablespoon, or two-level tablespoons. To be more precise you can always weigh out 13g and see what it looks like.
Our nutritional food supplements can be blended, shaken, added to, or stirred with any food or liquid hot or cold to suit personal taste. We find it dissolves well in our morning coffee and orange juice. For speed with juice, I tend to dissolve it in a small amount of hot water first then add the cold juice and stir.
